These tubes are perfect for my Syrian hamsters. They love to climb on it and walk over it like a bridge. Of course it takes multiple packs of these tubes to really create something fun and creative for a Hummy, but I've found that this very pack of tubes at Revain usually sells for a lower price than most of my local pet stores like Petsmart. Petco and also at Walmart. I also searched other websites because I wanted to buy in bulk but I still couldn't find a better deal on this particular product than Revain. Most offer this product in the $15-$26 price range with additional shipping and handling, but I was able to get mine here for $12 with free shipping! You can't beat this offer  As for the quality of the tubes, they are very strong so they won't fall apart easily while your hamster walks around in them, but it does make the connection process a bit more difficult and the tubes are a little harder to untie. However, if you do it patiently and carefully, these tubes can be disassembled and reassembled without much effort and without breakage. The magic is in the plastic ring at the end of each tube. Just don't tear them apart, as this can break or chip the tube. If you have a hamster who likes to nibble and chew on plastic as a chew toy, it's good to provide them with some sort of wooden snack bar or chew block to help them cope. If that doesn't work, you can rub some vinegar or lemon juice on the area they're chewing on and they'll likely lose interest and stop eating their tunnel highway. I would definitely recommend this product to any hamster owner looking to keep their pets entertained!
