Excellent platform if you want your employees get paid ON TIME daily
The best thing about this software was its user interface which made it very easy to use for our end users as well us business owners/administrators who are not tech savvy at all!The support team has been amazing during my time with them and they have always helped me out when I need help or clarification regarding any feature in OMNICHANEL MANAGER!! We were able solve some issues we had using their 24*7 customer service center by contacting one member there only named "M". He solved those problems within minutes without even asking what kind os issue that i am facing.
Pros
- It is an excellent solution because you can create various campaigns easily, manage different clients under single umbrella ,and also make reports.
- There many features available like tracking marketing results etc.for each client individually

- Very good report generation facility provided alongwith powerful data retrieval options
