Review on πŸ”Š Rockville ROCKBAR 40-Inch 400W Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, Bluetooth, HDMI, and Optical Connectivity by Dave Calabro

Very strong actor!

So, an honest review. The Rockbar works fine, I use it with a Vizio Class D TV connected to HDMI (Arc connector). When I first turned it on on my TV, it had no volume at all. I went into the TV settings for sound and changed the digital audio to PCM and the strip started working. The panel doesn't work with other settings, I've tried them all. Another thing that happened is that I can't use the TV volume control at all. I'm on a Dish network and my remote control is set to TV, but this volume control doesn't work either. I've tried getting my cymbal's remote to "learn" the other remote that comes with the Rockbar, but it didn't learn that remote, so I have to use the Rockbar's remote to turn the volume down increase and decrease, not too hard, but it's a bit frustrating having to use multiple remotes hence a star deduction! I also use my Alexa Echo dot on the aux input at a rock bar and it plays music pretty well, it doesn't distort at full volume. and the subwoofer bass is really good for its size. I would still like a little more volume, but not so much that I can say anything bad about it. Disappointed, he even processed the bass from the Techmaster PEB album. However, he did have some trouble getting the bass to full volume on Metallica's One when the double kick drums went haywire, it was a bit harsh but again not enough for me to deduct points. Movies play very well and the sound is amazing. Overall, the Rockbar has a very solid sound and is definitely worth the money. I recommend this product.
