I love this product. BUT MINE ARRIVED WITH AN EXPLOSED BOX AND MISSING WIRES! I contacted Amazon via live chat and various people eventually decided to charge me 14.99 of the cable purchase price. I still felt cheated because the original product came with 40.00 optical cable (unboxed), 25.00 HDMI cable (unboxed) and 19.99 AUX cable (unboxed). Doesn't work as advertised. The subwoofer connects and loses sync with the music. If the input control is selected for the optical TV input or the Aux cable input, after a delay of 2-3 minutes it will automatically switch back to the BT Bluetooth input and disconnect the desired connection. I have had many problems with this soundbar. The problems consisted of the Bluetooth constantly dropping, the subwoofer not reconnecting after the unit was left off overnight, and the entire system shutting down randomly. So, an honest review. The Rockbar works fine, I use it with a Vizio Class D TV connected to HDMI (Arc connector). When I first turned it on on my TV, it had no volume at all. I went into the TV settings for sound and changed the digital audio to PCM and the strip started working. The panel doesn't work with other settings, I've tried them all.
