Review on 🔊 Rockville ROCKBAR 40-Inch 400W Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, Bluetooth, HDMI, and Optical Connectivity by Juice Jali

I have had many problems with this soundbar. The problems consisted of the Bluetooth constantly dropping, the subwoofer not reconnecting after the unit was left off overnight, and the entire system shutting down randomly. Sent once for repair but same problems on return. I even bought an optical cable hoping it would help. Unfortunately, when I got the device back and found it would never work properly, they wouldn't accept returns for a refund, which sucked because they charged the time it took to fix it. The support rep told me that the company would pay to send the item in for repair as many times as needed. Because my time is valuable and I didn't want to keep driving to the UPS store to return something that would probably never work properly, and every time without a soundbar, I gave up. The product is back in the original packaging and sitting in my home office collecting dust and I lost $134.95. I have now bought a Samsung R550 soundbar and am now very satisfied.
