Review on 🖤 Black EatSmart Digital Body Fat Scale with Auto Recognition Technology by Teresa Olson

Looked like a good product but the weight was so inconsistent I had to return it. I've tried it on several hard surfaces and I've tried it for several days with it peeling off and coming right back resulting in a weight range of up to 12lbs. I tried to be very careful to keep my feet in the same position and not move while standing on the scale, but the results were so inaccurate as to be useless. EDIT: I'm leaving my original feedback so that this update can be put into context. Half an hour after this review was posted, I received an email from the Vice President of EatSmart. He apologized, said it must be defective, and offered to replace it. I got a replacement a few days ago and it definitely works a lot better. Its weight measurements are consistent with other reliable devices and all measurements are consistent. I will give the product itself five stars because it now does what it says on the tin with good accuracy and if I could I would give another five stars for customer service. It's nice to know there are still companies that take their products and reputation so seriously.
