The best spider design!
Actually I probably should have gone with a 5 inch spreader. Thing is HUGE! But since I wanted it to work specifically with fried foods, draining the broth and extracting the beans (from the soak), that's spot on. I particularly like the long, long handle that keeps me from squirting hot oil and the fact that it's firmly welded to the basket. Pretty durable and well made. In fact I'll probably order a 5 inch for smaller items now.
