I live in a small house and have spent the last 4 months trying to find solutions for storing shoes and thicker sweaters under my bed. Because of my bed and support legs, it was difficult to find something that would allow me to maximize space without having to move lots of small boxes around to get what I wanted. This storage solution (39 inch) was absolutely perfect and I have already bought 3 sets (total 6 storage units). I'm a woman with big feet (size 12) so big shoes, but I could store about 25 pairs of flats, heels, boots and casual shoes in 4 storage bins (stacked 2 on top of each other) on one side of my bed and the other side is for clothing reserved.
