Love the stand, foam mat and spring door. I definitely wish the instructions were a bit better. Some of the cam nuts weren't as tight as I would have liked, but they weren't loose where I thought they were broken. I think the only thing missing is maybe a small removable shelf? Otherwise, I really like the look. I would buy it again. What really stands out is the customer service. I've bought it before but it looks like the carrier lost it immediately after receiving the package because there was no tracking afterwards. A few days later I requested a refund and bought again. Land customer service got in touch with us straight away to make sure everything was taken care of and was extremely helpful and accommodating, went above and beyond. Thank you very much!
