Let me start by saying that I own a production company and I have (and use) a lot of high quality audio equipment. When it comes to high-performance production sound systems, speaker quality is of paramount importance, especially if you plan to run your speakers at or near their rated output. Home theater systems (which I will talk about here) are a different story! Here are some tips and how these speakers work: (1) The power handling of home theater speakers isn't really that important. There are so many other factors that go into "loudnessβ aside from how many watts a speaker can handle. The thing is, most people will never get close to the maximum power rating of a home theater speaker, and most will be more than enough for a home theater speaker. These speakers are no exception. They're loud enough, I didn't even come close to their maximum power rating, and they handle it with no problem. (2) Almost any wall-mounted speaker will provide better overall sound than a traditional soundbar. . Of course there can be exceptions in the very high price range. But when it comes to something in a relatively similar price range, in-wall speakers will always win. Why? Simply put, because they are bigger. No, bigger isn't always better, but when it comes to bass (aka bass), big speakers will always outperform small speakers. This is no exception, good large woofers for good bass response. (3) Large 5.25 inch woofers in the center channel help, you will be satisfied with the sound! or soundbar) simply produces more bass. We're not talking about subwoofer frequencies, but there's more punch and punch than you'll find in a smaller woofer. They have good bass response and sound really great. (4) The wall is worth the time. I talked about installing in-wall speakers on my last rebuild, I kept thinking of a soundbar for the sake of simplicity. But I'm VERY glad I changed my mind. The sound of these speakers is so superior to my soundbar it's ridiculous. Also, I was able to place them out of the kids' reach and free up a little more room (and paint the grilles to match).(5) Buy Inexpensive Speakers and save money for something important. Yes, there are many speaker options and price ranges. After all, if you buy more affordable speakers (like these) you'll have a lot of extra cash and still have a great sounding system. I am very happy with these speakers, they sound great, fit great and are very affordable. I am very happy with my purchase.
