The vacuum cleaner worked for about 8 months. Then he smelt and died. Operated in careful apartment conditions. I didn't see construction dust. The filter has been cleaned regularly. Didn't violate any operating conditions. The bestial service issued a refusal with the wording that there was too much dust in the motor. At the same time, I attached a photo of the unassembled device. The photo shows a parallone filter, which is immediately behind the container in normal working condition. I think they didn’t climb inside, otherwise they would have confirmed their case with a photograph of dust in the motor. By the way, under the same filter, where the hole and the engine compartment are clean! I really want to believe that it was not Samsung that turned to the client in one place, but neighing servicemen. If so, I'm waiting for a response from the Company's representative. The vacuum cleaner was handed over to the service center by a store with a musical name, the service of IRP LLC. By the way, I did not see this service on the Samsung website.
