This caused my Roomba to not dock and ignore any virtual wall barriers I have. The downside of this item is that it didn't quite fit and I had to use my old holder with a new IR sensor. The black part of this holder is wider than the original, and the transparent part of this holder has screw holes that are not as long as the original. If you choose to install it with all the parts included, you can get it to work, but it installs backwards and the bumper sticks and doesn't bounce like it should. Shorter screw holes will cause the screws to break as the screws barely reach.
