As many other reviewers have pointed out, the formula isn't what I'm used to. When I bought this eye remover from the store or other sites, the original product had no odor, this one has a slight chemical/alcohol odor. I have very sensitive eyes, the original product was the only pharmacy brand I liked because it was very gentle, the new product stings my eyes. It's not bad, most people might not even notice, but for me it's a deal breaker so I returned it. Update: I did a little research on the old and new formula, two photos are attached: the picture of the bottle with the ingredients printed shows the old product not compressing, the picture of the ingredients printed on the back of the bottle are cardboard is from the new product that is compressed. It can be seen that the recipe has changed and some ingredients have been replaced.
