Review on Flowmaster 842448 Super Muffler 409S by Michael Ghosh

Let's start with the 2014 Camaro V6. Add K&N CAI. Airaid TBS (THROTTLE BODY SPACER) and finally the Super 44 Flowmaster. They were made for each other. LOUD? Especially at 7k and 60mph at 50ft! Shift too late (6-speed manual gearbox). Get going faster than before. Has a deep throaty sound (still no V8 sound) but more like a high end sports car like a Lambo, Ferarr or Porshe. I have to say that the inner resonance has really decreased. Heck, lost 40 pounds in muffler weight. Factory mufflers are heavy. Revane said they didn't fit. I called Flowmaster and asked them what mufflers they use in their rear axle kit and voila. The phone helps a lot when actually calling and talking to people. More power, more torque and better factory sound is what you expect from a V6 Camaro at least. That's all I can comment on now. Not a fan of mufflers that need to be filled with mesh to make them feel better.
