Do not buy on computers and tablets

I just got a laptop and I'm going to send it back immediately. I can't set it up outside of the country and the trackpad won't let me select options. I am currently on the phone with Amazon who are keeping me in touch to speak to Apple support. I don't have to go through this. I'd rather spend a few hundred bucks more for a product I can use.
