After several months of debating whether to buy this, after reading several reviews and watching performance videos, I decided to buy it. I've used it a few times and thought it would get better but can't understand how it has such good reviews. I must have misunderstood the description of this product as I thought it was a vacuum/mop that would clean your floors. I may very well have a defective model because it doesn't do anything at all. Best thing he did for me was pick up some sugar that spilled on the floor and actually caused it to clog! I spent about 30 minutes mopping the floors just concentrating on the stains and I still had to use my regular mop because it doesn't have enough weight to actually pick up the little stains that have dried up remove. I considered returning it, but maybe I just left it to clean up spills, maybe that's its intended purpose, although paper towels would probably work better. This product is absolutely not a replacement for your mop and I am very frustrated with that.
