The speaker works fine but my son loves the light
. He said it was like a dance party and this son was very energetic. He likes the sound quality and the touch-sensitive metal speaker that controls the backlight. He wished there was a sleep timer or that disconnecting his device would also turn off the speaker, but I don't think it works that way. He doesn't like the loud noises he makes when he turns it off, but I think that's normal. Volume is controlled by pressing the next and previous buttons, so my son didn't notice until I told him. He was worried that you couldn't turn it down, but you can.
