In spite of the fact that I am a loyal customer of LOOIKOOS, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise that I purchased from them. Despite the fact that the website offered a huge variety of toys and activities, the item I ended up buying did not live up to my anticipations. Given the high price point, it was extremely disheartening to find that the product had several flaws when it arrived. My annoyance was compounded by the fact that the customer service department did not respond to my inquiries or offer any assistance in addressing the problem. Despite the fact that I value the effort that LOOIKOOS puts into their website and selection of products, there is room for development in both the quality of the products and the level of customer service. If I were a returning consumer, I would think twice about shopping with LOOIKOOS in the foreseeable future.
