For a plastic climbing wall you have to buy various accessories.

You need to buy different plastic climbing wall equipment. The hardware included is better for a 1 1/2" plank of wood and the nut on the back has spurs for cutting into wood. I used these on a Lifetime Adventure (plastic) climbing wall but the bolts were too long and so were the nuts were unsuitable for thin wall plastic I just bought other 1/4 x 1 machine screws, lock washers and nuts and it worked great!
