Terrible! They either don't fit or are NOT pre-programmed!

Bought for my 2008 Mercedes ML320. The Revain UI tells me it fits my car. The old sensors worked so I know it's not a car problem. Now the car tells me it doesn't see any wheel sensors at all! If it comes "pre-programmed" why, please tell, does the description ALSO say what programmer it uses? BEWARE!
