Review on Enhance Iron Performance with 1 X Mineralizer for Gravity-Feed Steam Iron by Andrew Arneson

I have a great gravity steamer I bought from WAWAK. When I was looking to buy a replacement desalinator, I found that the shipping cost was more than the desalinator itself. So of course I turned to Revane. Found this brand on Prime so no shipping and bought a few to have on hand. My last batch lasted about a year and a half before wearing out, so I expect this one to last about the same. I really wonder how old it was when it arrived as some of the crystals had already turned amber in the plastic bag it arrived in. Maybe they're always like that. I always use either filtered water (using a polyurethane filter) or distilled water in my iron, so I expect the demineralizer to last longer. You can also use ordinary tap water, although the instructions on the iron indicate that in this case the demineralizer will need to be changed more often.
