Review on Dynomax 39537 Muffler Elimination Stainless by Sin Gabriel

I am very pleased with the removal of this muffler for my Jeep Wrangler. Remove that 20-pound muffler and install this exhaust pipe in its place. Installation was pretty easy. I did this. Support the silencer with a milk crate and a log to keep it from falling on you. Remove the existing exhaust clamp just behind the rear axle. Use a piece of wood to separate the exhaust pipe from the clamp. Remove the two bolts holding the exhaust hangers, one on each side of the existing muffler. Slide the existing muffler straight back. Reinstall the exhaust bracket on the driver's side. Do not mount the exhaust pipe bracket on the passenger side as it is no longer needed. Take the new muffler tailpipe and slide it over the end of the existing tailpipe. Use the muffler bracket you just installed to support the back of the new muffler. Tighten the clamp between the two sections of exhaust pipe. Enjoy improved sound and performance!
