Review on 🔥 Zojirushi EB-CC15 Electric Grill - Black, Perfect for Indoor Use by Ryan Selpasoria

I chose this grill based on all the positive reviews and was blown away by how great this grill is! This is a completely different level than the numerous other grills I have received in the past. For example George Foreman's grill, which is complete junk in comparison. This was the first time I've made homemade burgers on it and let me tell you it turned out even better than an outdoor gas grill or even a charcoal grill. On the outside it was perfectly charred with nice grill marks. On the outer layer of meat was a small but very light crispy crust, but on the inside it's so juicy and tender, like it was cooked on an open grill. I have never experienced this with any other electric grill for the home. This is the first grill. This grill is so perfect that I love Korean BBQ with thin slices of ribeye for bulgogi and galbi (short beef short ribs with a nice color and marbled texture), samgyeobsal (pork belly) with shiitake mushrooms, onions, garlic cloves, Asian sweet potatoes, zucchini, Pumpkin/squash, carrots, all with a light drizzle of sesame oil. You don't have to go to restaurants anymore when you can do everything at home! Burgers, steaks, sausages, sausages, hot dogs, fish, chicken, you name it, this grill can handle it all and more. The heat is very good and it can definitely sear any meat to seal in any juices. I've always had issues in the past with my other indoor grills not producing enough heat to cook properly, which is very important and makes a huge difference. If necessary, this grill can get very hot. Cleaning may require some effort, but it's not complicated. I usually wrap the palette in foil and throw it away when it's done. Clean the grill surface with an OXO Panini Brush and some warm/hot soapy water and allow to dry and ready for the next use. I definitely recommend this grill to anyone who loves Korean BBQ, Yakinuku, Hamburgers, Steaks, Chicken, Fish, Pork, Lamb, Grilled Vegetables, etc. One of the best purchases I've ever made and it really says a lot. This brand makes a really great product!
