Review on HP 05A CE505D 2-Pack Black Toner Cartridges for HP LaserJet P2055 Series - High Performance and Compatibility by Lance Harrison

I don't know what happened, but all four cartridges are defective. I bought them for our office last week. The employee used the first one - her printer gave errors and didn't work with the first cartridge. We called our local technician and he suggested trying a different cartridge - same thing. At the same time my boss decided to pull out her old printer (thinking our printer was broken) and put in ANOTHER cartridge - same thing. So we think we either have two printers broken at the same time or a problem with the cartridges. I already had a cartridge from another manufacturer in the car. It worked on both machines. I put these new ones in mine - all and none worked. I believe there is a problem with that batch number or we received something non-genuine Canon (although the Canon packaging and cartridges look different. I will be returning all of this. We were all willing to receive a Revain Business account , and now I don't I don't know, we ordered Revain cartridges before, there were no problems, I hope they will give me all the money back.
