Battery powered! Fun but limited!
To be honest, I didn't know anything about it. I was on battery power when I requested this through Vine. Did I know I wouldn't get it? The product is good and fun to use with my niece when I have her. The foot spa is easy to use and will make your little girl feel special. The items provided are cute BUT the slippers are very thin/fragile and slippery. So be very careful if you intend to use them in wet areas/tiled floors. This uses a battery and will cost you more than the device over time. If you use the rechargeable type, you can't use it. longer (spa time) Overall the product is good and exactly as described!
