The product has been very successful at implementing our cloud-based backup solution to all of our clients' data centers around North America - from small business environments up through large enterprise customers.

It offers an easy interface between client's endpoints (iSCSI) as well as their servers/VMs running Hyper V or VMware vSphere environment that we manage via Azure Backup Server Agent service installed within each VM. No issues with this software so far; however it would be nice if they could add some more robust features such as file level recovery which helps us restore files without having them reuploaded back into production systems after restoration. We have seen significant gains by deploying these backups across multiple locations throughout Canada & US including remote offices located outside major urban areas like Toronto where most other providers do not offer coverage due to cost constraints.
