Reliable, user friendly and affordable alternative for complete infrastructure protection

The product has been very successful at implementing our cloud-based backup solution to all of our clients' data centers around North America - from small business environments up through large enterprise customers. It offers an easy interface between client's endpoints (iSCSI) as well as their servers/VMs running Hyper V or VMware vSphere environment that we manage via Azure Backup Server Agent service installed within each VM. No issues with this software so far; however it would be nice if

  • Can also deploy agents remotely onto any server you are managing regardless how many machines there may possibly exist per site / location.

Monitor Server Performance Using SCVMM

The simplicity of the product, it is easy to use and the customer service is excellent. I have not found any downsides to this product. I have been using this product for a number of years and there have been no major issues. I cannot think of anything that I would like to change.
