Review on ☕ Premium Organic Fairtrade Coffee: Three Sisters Kicking Horse, Medium Roast, Ground, 10 oz - Kosher Certified by Chris Litton

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Balanced taste, neither bitter nor sweet, without aftertaste. Good for sensitive stomachs.

I bought this ground coffee at a small discount during National Coffee Day week. This brand was on my wish list, this particular brand choice did not disappoint. I brewed this finely ground coffee in a French Press, it could have been richer in a drip coffee maker. Compared to many other brands I would place this right under the top. At the top of my list are coffees made from beans freshly picked from the bush. After years of drinking too much coffee, I quickly realize that it's not smooth in my stomach. At this checkpoint it was also rated as ok. Although finely ground, it can be used as a camping wake-up coffee in the morning. Coffee's ability as a beverage to be easily transported, served hot or cold, and reused to make coffee-flavored ice cream was also rated 4 out of 5 in my review. The first thing I ask when I see a coffee review, is what they know about coffee? As an insider in the travel industry, I'm used to traveling around the world on foot or by cheap plane. once in childhood and then in adolescence. The joy of flying and exotic locations enabled my mother to work as a travel agent for several years in the 1970s. That's where I learned to love my coffee. The privilege of people of low level in tourism at that time was to experience life in other places, often often but more often economically. A cup of coffee at any port or stop on the plane might be the only purchase someone like me can afford. I saw how this coffee and the place where it was served merged into one. I ask more questions now, how is it tested for myotoxins, is it organic, is it fair trade and what does that mean for this company? This reduces the feeling of satiety. I gave it 4 out of 5 points.
