Review on Printer Wireless Bluetooth Thermal Compatible Office Electronics by Kevin Witherspoon

I'm glad it's exactly what I got and I also have the color I ordered in blue and the other version in pink. But I'm having trouble connecting my mini printer that I received in the mail today. I downloaded the recommended app mentioned in the instructions that came with it to try and set it up for use by going through the basic quick setup steps. When I go to the app I try to register the device and it keeps asking me to enter the correct phone number, code and password which are not in the instructions that come with the box. It's a bit confusing and frustrating that I'm already having issues with my new device. I was very excited when I bought my mini printer. I hope this can be fixed and I get feedback with tech support/instructions, replacement with a new one or a refund. The manual is available in both English and Chinese.
