Review on Samsung BAR Plus 128GB - High-Speed USB 3.1 Flash Drive Titan Gray (MUF-128BE4/AM) by Jnis Zels ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed at how well made the product is, just magical!

- For 3290 (03/02/2023), I choose the Samsung USB3.1 256GB MUF-256BE3/APC option in Champagne Silver. - Formatted right away using the default options (fs exFAT). - By the way, while formatting, I caught a lovely moment. Another flash drive that seems to have better qualities (UFD 3.2 Gen.2 SmartBuy 256GB M5 Dual Type-C / Type-A) and I formatted them virtually simultaneously. the same size and formatting choices. A few minutes ago, I began formatting another flash disk. In the end, the Samsung flash drive was formatted early. And a good deal earlier. Looking at the progress indicator, the other flash drive still had around 1/5 of it left. Even though Samsung was formatted, the second flash drive appeared to "fly away" and get far ahead of Samsung for about 35 to 45 percent of the way. However, after that, it started to "deflate," and in the end, it moved extremely slowly. Only fools won't comprehend what is happening. - Because it is practically comparable to other flash drives at the time of ordering and because this is a Samsung product, I choose not to add the price to the negative. Additionally, I won't make a comparison to an external HDD or SSD. It was crucial for portability and ergonomics. - Since all of the advantages outweigh all of the disadvantages, I don't see the sense of placing 4. The drawbacks are so far fairly minimal.

Pros
  • - Gorgeous layout. I enjoy how it appears. like a metal object. Interesting form. Design and construction that is practical. The size is suitable. Not as little as flash drives or Bluetooth adapters, for example. Not much, as there are "classic" flash drives and some external HDDs more so than others. without moving parts, it is solid. If the description of the item is to be believed (waterproof, heat-resistant, shock-resistant, even magnetic- and X-ray resistant), the item is protective. It would be fantastic even from radiation, infections, and zombies). In contrast to many other less convenient solutions when it slips or, in theory, is not convenient to pick up, a flash drive is very convenient to pull out thanks to the protruding shape with a hole. Additionally, this asymmetrical design along the horizontal axis is practical because it is simple to identify the flash drive's "top" and you can rapidly adjust to inserting it into the typical connectors for the first time. Good technical qualities that essentially match the ones that were declared. Up to 400 MB/s of good speed. Good stable performance of the memory controllers, as is customary for Samsung. at the very least the first day. If there are no flaws, then it should last a long time. Let's see how long it lasts.
Cons
  • - A very odd cover. I have no idea what that is, but it is awful. two slips off. I inserted it into a nest a few of times, and there are already stripes there, as if I've been pulling and inserting back and forth nonstop for a few months. Despite the fact that I have already used this connector on numerous occasions with various cables and flash drives, I was unaware of this on metal. With a cable I've had for a few years, I tried to capture a picture as an example. Although I normally plug this cable into a smartphone charger instead of this socket, it did happen occasionally, and I inserted it more than a hundred times. Additionally, this cable has been linked numerous times in various locations. But if you look closely, it is almost undetectable and appears brand new. Additionally, the flash drive has a covering that is obviously there. Yet why? Still made of metal. Why hide some stupid metal with metal? Something odd. On the surface, there are a few minor flaws that don't really affect the item. First, where the rope's eye or hole has a poor surface polish, there are microscopic "notches" that are noticeable, much like a seam between two sections. Evidently a challenging location for processing or polishing. Nevertheless, the detail is minor and appears to be quite challenging. However, if there is a seam there at all, it is unclear why it is there when it might be formed somewhere else. It's unclear what it is if it's not a seam. OK. In theory, you cannot see something if you are not looking directly in front of your eyes. One of the 'A's stripes, where the brand name "SAMSUNG" is written, has a slightly distinct texture and appears significantly different in some circumstances. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's intentional. But it draws attention. Okay, this is really being picky.
