The original strap I bought was not compatible with the Series 4 I had. However, this company went out of their way to help me find the right size bracelet. If I could give customer service more than 5 stars I would gladly do so. You seriously won the buyer for life. The product itself is a good thick strong tape. I like how narrow the band is which is why I originally bought it. Great quality and more breathable than the silicone strap that came with my watch. I also bought a rose gold aluminum bracelet from this company. They were easy to adjust for my small wrist and look great when I need a fancier watch. Overall I am completely satisfied with my purchase and this company.
