Review on 🐇 Ferplast Rabbit Enclosure by Crystal Drake

Used for guinea pigs but arrived broken (due to shipping). Returned, got new one, top tray broken. I contacted the manufacturer, got a new one - the wrong shape (square). I contacted the manufacturer, they sent the bottom shell. I contacted the manufacturer, they sent a "balcony" thing. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a top tray but wrong sizes - although in their defense Amazon's listing here does not match what I received in the first place so they have a correct replacement as per the Sent specs here, but you didn't even send me the item with the measurements listed here. After that I gave up. Now we have to make do with duct tape on the broken corners to hold the metal wire cage in the (top) plastic shell. in trouble.
