no stretch; doesn't fit in your hand.
The whole body is made of durable thin material that does not stretch. If you have long, skinny arms, this may be fine; but i have short swollen arms so it just sticks out rigidly straight rather than fitting in any way. And with no stretch, when I bend my arm, it presses down on my upper arm like a blood pressure cuff. I couldn't find a way to make it useful.
