7/10/19 ETA: Changed from 2 to 4 stars as I was able to contact the seller and they offered to replace or refund faulty product. I chose to replace the item since it looked great otherwise. They have shipped it to me but I haven't had a chance to fully assemble it, and can further update my review when I do.I was really looking forward to using this product. I just opened it and am following the directions to put it together and realized that it was sent to me partially assembled incorrectly. There is a protective plastic film that you are instructed to remove, however my film is on the underside of the plastic wheel and not on top of it. I can't remove the film fully and am afraid I will break the product by trying to remove the white core. If that film cannot be removed, the product is pretty much useless to me at this point. Very frustrating and disappointing.It is otherwise a very nice looking and sturdy product.
