Good but not ideal for boxing
Good mouthguard but not ideal for boxing. The problem is that the front is slightly raised, meaning your upper lip will be pushed outward - while that's probably normal with football under your helmet, a clean smack to the face puts your lip at more risk of bursting, which isn't the case. . that you want! However, it's okay to use it to conserve light, and I still do it.
