Good mouthguard but not ideal for boxing. The problem is that the front is slightly raised, meaning your upper lip will be pushed outward - while that's probably normal with football under your helmet, a clean smack to the face puts your lip at more risk of bursting, which isn't the case. . that you want! It will do the trick. As someone who has previously trained mixed martial arts I would not recommend this mouthpiece for sparring but a BJJ will do. I got this specifically as a hot corner infielder in a competitive men's softball league and it probably won't stop my lip from cracking (maybe even make it worse because it's so tough), but it should save some teeth. It was very easy to get a good fit the first time, so it was nice.
