Exactly as advertised Includes tools

Includes spacers, crush washers and more than enough cable. I was able to cut the cable fairly easily with wire cutters. However, there are no instructions in the box, and the Swagger doesn't work intuitively. I've found the easiest way to do this is to hold the press in a vise. And then I hit it with a small hammer, the attachment at the end came out nice and neat, and it seems to be working fine.
