When system performance is around 15%, the fan speed often drops from zero to seemingly 100% RPM and then back to zero. The CPU and GPU fans are completely silent at these lower loads, so suddenly hearing the PSU fan keep spinning up is really annoying and gets old fast. I've also heard reports from many other people having this problem. I am sending this back and have just received a Corsair SF600 which is completely silent in comparison.
