Not Quite Five: Bags, Cases & Cases

I bought this keyboard/book for some old Samsung tablets (Tab S2 and Tab E) and am very happy with it. Fintie keyboards work well. I had no problems with them at all. Fintie's leaves were amazing too. I can't give this new one a five for my Tab A as it has no way of protecting the tablet's screen when the folio is closed like the older models did. There was a raised wrap that ran around the outside of the old-style screen that probably couldn't be easily replicated for the different edges of Tab A's screen. The old-style keyboard didn't touch the screen when the folio was closed. The new one offers no protection; The keyboard touches the screen when the folio is closed, eventually scratching the screen. Some workarounds could be to put a protective film over the Tab A screen or leave something between the screen and the keyboard. I bought a screen protector for it but haven't put it on yet because I don't like screen protectors. I slipped the keyboard into the thin Samsung paper sleeve that the tablet came in, hoping it would protect the screen. What needs to happen is that Finty finds a solution to this problem. Hard plastic buttons rubbing against a tablet's screen will cause problems at some point, I definitely think. to decide what the designers and manufacturers of these keyboard/folios had to do. I am attaching some photos to illustrate what I am talking about. An old Tab E with an old Fintie keyboard/folio is on the left of the first photo showing both tablets. The next two photos show more details about the old-style folio. The last two photos show the new style folio for the Tab A. Compare how the two tablets fit into the folio.
