When I received the bag I was very satisfied with its quality and appearance. I would rate the bag higher if the following characteristics were changed. Add pads or small feet to support and protect the bottom of the bag.2. The clasps on the front of the bag are difficult to close; almost prefer hook, button or simple fasteners. When you commute to work, you don't have time to set the bag down, line up both openings, and then twist the clasp to close it. Sometimes I can't close the lid quickly and tend to fight it. So I end up just closing the top and leaving the zippers alone. But once it is closed everything is fine.3. The front pocket is perfect for a slim journal, but when you put your journal in this pocket, the weight pushes the pocket forward. (It's a little annoying) So the front pocket is used instead of my keys and phone. But I would be careful as the bag tends to fall a bit forward your belongings could fall out; There is no zipper in this bag as you can see in the photo. Also, I received 5 compliments within 10 minutes of receiving the bag. It's beautiful and once I use curves I think I'll be happy with it.
