I like that it is easy to use, very customizable for specific needs (customer service), has good reporting capabilities with multiple views/reports available from one place as well! It would be nice if they could add more functions in future updates or maybe even an open source version so we can have this software at no cost? We are solving our customer support issues by using bluexERp- Customer Service module which helps us resolve tickets faster than ever before & provide better client experience through proactive engagement channels suchas chatbots etc!
