The remote doesn't work when it's closed
I followed the instructions to open the device and activate the battery. And if you open it and manually press the button - it works. But as soon as you close the case and screw it in, it stops working. I've added a few notes as suggested by other customers but nothing seems to help. If I don't like it, I would send it back.
