Battery is very difficult to open and hangs under collar after batteries are installed
I returned this collar for a number of reasons. It was very difficult to open the case with the batteries. I had to watch the video over and over again to finally open it. Although it caught fire immediately, the weight of the battery box containing the batteries sank beneath the wreath itself and I couldn't figure out how to lift it without it being visible. Also, the little "berries" started falling off as soon as I removed them from the plastic wrap.
