Review on IT Assist LLC by Eric Chapman

I like that they are able to take care of all my computer needs, from repairs when needed or replacing computers as necessary! They do everything for me which is great in this day an age where people want you doing it yourself but don't really know how!! The only thing about them i dislike at times is there seems to be some communication issues with their team members who answer questions/make calls regarding our accounts however once we speak directly to one another things seem fine again so no complaints here. Computer problems fixed quickly by knowledgeable technicians while also working out payment plans if required due to financial constraints (this can sometimes get stressful!).
