IT Assist LLC Review

I like that they are able to take care of all my computer needs, from repairs when needed or replacing computers as necessary! They do everything for me which is great in this day an age where people want you doing it yourself but don't really know how!! The only thing about them i dislike at times is there seems to be some communication issues with their team members who answer questions/make calls regarding our accounts however once we speak directly to one another things seem fine again so…

The team is very responsive, always willing/able (and sometimes even eager)to help out with any issue I have or question about our system! They are extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise which makes them great partners for us as we're not experts ourselves when it comes software systems like this one that they use every day at work themselves!!
