I love it but my cats don't. I like the shape and the fact that the entrance is at the top so the cat litter mess stops in front of the usual closed boxes. I find it easy to clean, you just take the top off. I like that the shovel comes to him. But I've had it for a few weeks now, and although I have many cats, 10, I've only used it twice. After the first week I took it to another location but that didn't help. I don't know why they don't like it, but they don't. I wasn't thrilled with the included earbuds, they were too big and needed a lot of folding and such.
