The belt is amazing! I'm a big boy, okay. (500 lbs) This is the first belt that doesn't dig into my waist yet still makes my pants feel pulled up! Now it remains a little to figure out the clips on this belt, but it's very simple. Both ends are lockable so you can adjust the length of the strap to your desired size. The tricky part is that sometimes one of the clips is happy to let go while you adjust the strap when putting it on, although this is a very minor inconvenience.
