UPDATE: I've been told that painting by numbers is a great way to relax. This image is NOT relaxing. There are so many small areas that need to be painted over and whitened, there are six shades and that's a big part of the picture, you have to repaint everything twice because the lines and numbers show through. You pretty much watch the paint dry so you can apply another coat of paint. I had no idea there were so many white people in the picture. The brushes are good but disappointing as some areas are so small that there is too much paint on them. This painting is NOT for a beginner or even an aspiring artist. The materials are nice but getting rid of the creases in the canvas is an agony, painting over white and very small areas it became so frustrating and frustrating that I gave up and did NOT give up that easily! Later I will probably try a different color set, without white or very little white and large areas. All in all it's a good PB# set, but unfortunately it's very, very difficult to colorize and enjoy. I still give the kit three stars for the quality of the Happy Revaining product.
