So far there have been no complaints about the device. I've only used it a couple of times, but in testing it ran up to about 700 watts and it worked fine. This unloaded device has a parasitic draw of about 0.5 amps (24V), which isn't too bad. This is one of the reasons I went with a smaller device as the pull power increases as the device is rated. Keep this in mind when using it as the main power source for lighting etc. All the time, the inverter is on 24/7. No problem if you have unlimited electricity or a great sunny location, but we don't have that here in the Northwest. We chose DC lighting and only used the inverter for small loads such as TV, stereo etc and this is perfect for our use as we can turn it off when not in use. One issue I don't like is that the remote control uses USB ports, so long runs are a little awkward, and a bigger issue is that the end caps are on the side of the display, which should be fairly flimsy material, and you can add about 1-1 1/2 inches to the width of the display for wires.
