I was so excited to find 4 packs of pillow inserts that matched my pillowcase purchases. The pictures looked like they were really fluffed up. and therefore only 2 stars. These are decorative pillows, so the softness is okay. The production seemed decent. They arrived on time in a vacuum sealed FLAT package. But even when I followed the fluff instructions and made my own "fluffs" they barely fluffed to the level of the picture (step 2) 2. I had them for several weeks and they didn't gain any "fluffs" at all . So in terms of product quality, delivery etc it was ok, nothing outstanding but average or at least lived up to expectations. As for the fluffy pillow, however, it falls far short of expectations. And not even close to the photos. So one of those, you get what you pay for the items.
